Shipping

- Shipping costs within the Netherlands: Free
- Shipping costs Belgium :Free for Europe: € 14.99 incl. VAT per package.
- Orders are delivered by PostNL and DHL.
- SMA/SAMTEX is not liable for loss or damage of goods during shipment via DHL or PostNL.

You will receive a confirmation email with the total amount (including shipping costs) when placing an order.

We deliver directly from stock within 24 hours after receipt of payment, barring exceptions and force majeure.

Your order will be reserved for a maximum of 5 working days. If your payment has not been received during this period, the items will be put back on sale.

Return policy

Returns of socks and underwear are subject to hygiene regulations.

Hygiene: Socks and underwear cannot be returned if they have been worn or washed. This is to ensure the health and safety of our customers. Items can only be returned in their original, unopened packaging.

Below you will find our return policy, which will help you with the return process.

  1. The item must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. We will ensure that you receive a full refund (including shipping costs) within 2 working days.

  2. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
  3. Return shipping costs are not covered by us. Please choose a courier of your choice when sending the package back. The responsibility for the return shipment remains with the customer until the package is delivered to our warehouse.

  4. To initiate a return, follow these steps:

    – The item you wish to return.
